If for some reason you do feel the need to make a complaint about CUBE Voice & Data you can do so through the following methods
- To make a complaint via email please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your complaint will be responded within 2 business days.
- To discuss your complaint with a customer service team you can contact us during business hours on 1300 884 884. The customer service team is available from 8.30am – 5pm Monday to Friday (AEST). Please note: For any urgent technical or service issues our out of hours support is available through a callback service.
- Complaints can be sent in writing to the following address; Customer Service Team: PO Box 552 Hamilton, NSW 2303
We will endeavour to respond to your written complaint within 7 business days.
